Has anyone else removed the roll pins on their KAC RAS's?

Any suggestions on the easiest way to do it?

I read about ppl doing it, just never how to?

I know its simple task punch and hammer and punch it out, but its kind of an awkward task, with the curvature of the rail.

Just seeing if anyone has done it and what kind of set up they used to punch out the pins.

You seem to be speaking about removing the front spacer at the front underside of a M4 or M5 RAS.
A 3/32" roll pin holds this in place along with it's leaf spring.
Driving the pin out will relaease these parts and allow the RAS to be installed on heavier than .840" diameter barrels.
Better still, once the spacer is out, reshape the two "fingers" so they fit the curvature of your heavy barrel and re-install.

Thank you, that is exactly what I was trying to do. I got the pin out and replaced that part this weekend.
