how well does that ACOG work on a pistol??

Only change so far was moving the light to 11 oclock position. Much better shot to shot accuracy not chocking the chicken

more than likely a strap wrench

anyone wanna measure how much of the pig is exposed on a 7" rail with a 7.5" barrel.  Im toying with ordering a 9" rail so that less of the pig is exposed but need enough to still grip with a strap wrench

It's a TA44S-10. It works f%*#ing great!! I prefer it over my T-1 on this setup.

how much does the KX3 actually extend from the end of the barrel? On the website it says it is 3.28in, which means i could pull it off with a 12.72in barrel, right? But all the guns Ive seen have a 13.2in barrel. I wish I lived in a state that would let me just SBR the damned thing!

I know somebody wants to measure their pig for me. A 7.5 barrel with 7" rail and measure the distance from the end of the rail to the en of the pig. The idea of a 7.5 barrel + pig+ 9" rail sounds awesome in my head.

On right side, low, for thumb, when using vertical grip.

Left side, high, for thumb, when gripping rail.

Other than that, not sure.

Total is 3 1/4 inches.

Barrel thread above crush washer is about 1/2 inch.

It would extend about 2 3/4 inches beyond barrel length.

A Vortex is about 2 1/4 inches long

Extending  1 3/4 beyond barrel.

You know, I never put much thought into it.  I've just had them on that side on my optics always.  I like them that way.

The end of a Larue 7.0 on a Mike Rock 7.5 barrel measures exactly 2.93" to the end of the pig.

Thanks. Sounds like I'll hav just enough pig to install it under a 9" with a 7.5" barrel.

Which rail are you using?  It will not fit under a LaRue rail.

From the start of the bottom fat part of the pig to the top is 2 3/4 inches.     You got about a bit less than 1/4 inch to play with.
Looks like it would fit with Laure 7".

You could add a extra crush washer if you needed to. It won't show and wouldn't cause a problem, I don't think.

Looks like it extends right to the end of the 10.5" barrel. Hiding the small section of the KX3.

it is totally possible.. I am looking to do it. see an example here

must be done with a wrench strap. but in this case, the Troy may be round and wide enough to slide right over it
