I'm in the market for an NSR or something similar.  As far as I understand there are very few keymod rail sections that can be used.  Thought about a potential cheap alternative and wondered if someone else has tried it.

Has anyone tried using magpul rail sections on a key mod rail? Do the holes line up? If they don't I assume they are easy to drill.

Keymod works by sliding the tab of the rail cover, into the hole on the rail itself, ending with a section that locks in.

I'll grab a pic, hang on.

I'm aware of how it works.  currently there are very few keymod rail attachments to attach to keymod rails on the market.  Novesky makes like a 5 slot, and 9 slot. But they are kind of expensive.  Wondering about other options.  I need to put rails on the bottom, to then attach the AFG I've got.

Other than the regular keymod segments,  I haven't found a way to attach an AFG. However, I did pick up the Noveske K9 for the keymod and found out that PWS makes a bipod adapter.

Someone else is making light attachments, but I can't recall who right now.

Noveske has a light attachment available as well as their textured panels (so-so IMO) and I believe Impact Weapons has some keymod attachments coming out as well.
