| Well after the Troy thing going on I broke down and ordered the Noveske NSR. I just need to know where and whats available in keymod stuff. All Im coming across are rail sections and covers. Is there anything else out there yet? |

I've gotten the impression that manufs are in wait-and-see mode concerning keymod. I suspect it may take a while for accessories to have native keymod bases.
That's why you're still mostly seeing the intermediate adapter. It's nice and clean for sure which is why I picked up the CMR but in fact Picatinny is so pervasive I don't really see the incentive for a manuf to make the adjustment or add a new part to the lineup. The only thing that would change it quickly is if the mil suddenly adopted it. |

Looks like every major rail manufacturer is now making a keymod system, or already has one in place. I expect to see a plethora of accessories on the horizon. |

Noveske makes rail/hand protectors with handstops. just put one on my CMMG MK3 CBR I was looking for maybe aluminum ones, I think Stickman had a few pics of them from a company back in the days of 12-3-6-9 1913 days. Im not one to jump on bandwagons, I still think the 1911 works for everything but the Keymod thing seems to actually make the modular rails modular. |
