I think this is going to be my next brake.
I have KIES adj gas block and their charging handle as well and was impressed with both of those. So, since I was in the market for a linear brake (I think) this makes sense. If it's better than the levang - then, it seems like a good choice. I'm not putting a 10oz brake on the end of my gun. I'd much rather spend that # on optics. |

It may be different for your build. Mine is a 7.5" Rainier barrelled 5.56 with H2 buffer, carbine spring, and FA carrier.
It was actually pleasant to shoot. I popped off a round without ears on in the open. It produced a high pitched crack which was a little different than what I'm used to hearing. Almost a ringing sound. Not something I would want to shoot without ear pro. But even under the canopy, I had no perceived concussion. Dave N |
