I have a chance to pick up some Korean 5.56. A complete case, still in wooden crate. A couple of questions. (1) How does this ammo rate? A search of the archives only generated 2 hits (both good). (2) What is a good price for a 1000 rounds?

Thanks!

Good price for PMC (s. korean) would be anything under $300 I'd think.

Outdoor marksman sold it (is selling it?) for $289/k.  Add in shipping and you're just over $300 to most places.

Any decent factory brass-cased stuff I can get for under $300/k I'd pick up....

No idea. It is still sealed in the wooden crate.

PMC is good stuff, I can't tell a difference between it and Federal XM193, when I chronographed it was shooting well within M193 spec.
