Hey everyone.  I'm finally ordering the stuff to put my first rifle together which will be a home defense rifle.  I'm planning on getting a Spike's stripped lower and putting it together with either a DD LPK or a Spike's LPK.  I was wondering if there's any advantage to matching the lower with the LPK.  Would a spike's LPKwork better than a DD in the spike's lower?

A separate question...any recommendations on a DD LPK vs. Spike's LPK or won't I notice too much of a difference?  Thanks again, the help and comments are always appreciated!  Thanks!

I'd bet you couldn't tell the difference. I would go with whichever is less expensive.

The Spikes Tactical kit has a rounded hammer, the Daniel Defense kit has a notched hammer. I prefer the rounded hammer

I built a spikes lower on dd lpk and it went together like butter. Great lpk and it comes with the enhanced magpul trigger guard.
