| Hi guys. I'm looking to have my LWRC barrel chopped down, and a flash hider pinned. Does anyone know if this will negatively affect the NiCorr coating of the barrel? |

A person who doesn't know what they're doing or uses the wrong equipment can chip chrome lining. Nitride, on the other hand, is a surface treatment ... not a coating so it shouldn't be effected by cutting.
I'm not sure if ADCO will cut nitrided barrels, but they're known for doing good work. |
