[ARCHIVED THREAD] - LWRC Price Check

Local fun store has LWRC M6 A2 for $2000 plus tax. I like the rifle and it has a 16" barrel, free float rails, rail covers, BUIS. Is this a good deal? This is the first LWRC I've seen first hand.

If its the complete rifle and its new, thats a VERY good price...

They just put a new gas system in the M3, I wouldn't buy an M2 or any other LWRC till the other are upgraded to the new system.

Yes to both - brand new complete rifle. With a couple of Magpul magazines and a cheap sling too. I thought that was a decent price and this is more of a fudd kinda place - great if you need a deer or turkey gun but usually not a lot of black rifles.

That is a very good price for a new LWRC. The only thing that I would check is if it is the new gen 3 with the chromed BCG and nitrided barrel. If it has a white American flag on the top of the very rear of the upper it is the new model. I would not be concerned about the new A3. The new one piece BCM in the A3 will be available to retro fit the A2,s before long.
