I recently purchased a Lakeside spring kit for a Ceiner/Atchisson .22 conversion kit.
The springs will not fit over the spring guide rod without twisting them in place, and then, the spring will not move over the guide rod. This seems to defeat the purpose
Is this normal?
Thank you.

Something aint right... my lakeside kit springs fit just fine. Hold your stock spring up to the L.S. spring, the hole should be the same diameter.... if not, thats your problem and you should send them back. If thats not it your doing something wrong.

Pollish your spring guide rod then give it a try.
Some of the lakrside springs exspand when on the rod and squeezed down with the bolt on.
