I was shooting yesterday and I had a Lancer mag go TU on me.  On the last round the rear end of the follower came up beyond the feed lips and the front went into the mag body.  When this happened causing them to spreed to the point it took a few minutes of prying to get the mag out of the gun.

It sounds like the follower slipped past the tab on the bolt catch then the bolt closed driving the follower into the magazine.  We saw this with some of the very early magazines with the green followers.

+2 for Lancer.  I didn't even contact their support or anything but one of their reps saw a comment of mine here and contacted me through email so we can get the problem resolved.  Two thumbs up.
