Will a Laure SPR scope mount give me enough clearance for a scope with a 50mm objective lense?

Yes.

I use one on my AR-10 with a Nightforce 5.5-22x50 and there is plenty of room. The Nightforce scope cover even fits.

I have an IOR with a 50 mm lens and a Nightforce I will mount soon. They both have plenty of room.

Any mount, rings or risers that get the scope high enough to get a comfortable cheek weld on an AR15 will be more than tall enough for a 50mm objective.
