Would it be possible to mount the unimax on the top rail and if so, have enough clearance with a LaRue SPR-E mount to not interefere with your scope sight?

Depends on the clearence on the objective lens of the scope. if you go to Industry page and look up lasermax, go to unimax spec sheet it should give you the detailed dimensions you need.
