Does anyone use one of these lights or is familiar with them.  A bit expensive but I think I am considering one over a conventional weapon mounted light.

I tried to insert the link but it doesn't work but....

I bought one for my AR, it is solid, allows you to have a dot or open it as a green light. Very strong, at my LGS we were tagging Interstate signs over a mile away and this was in super sunny afternoon.

The mounts they provide are crap though. I ended up buying Weaver windage mounts to get it to at least zero in. Wish someone made a windage/elevation mount, quick release would be even better. I bought the sub-zero model.

I like mine, but it will add some weight to the rifle.

Thanx...I would hope they are all that the company is saying at those prices.  I was considering the ND3 50 sub zero.  I can get that for about 450.00

Mods....please move to the lights/laser section...sorry.

I have used it at the range and it puts a mean dot on the target

I think I paid around $400 for mine at my LGS, but I bought a couple of other things at the same time.

Finding a mount is the biggest task. I bought the Manta Pressure Pad as I thought the velcro mounting was also less then ideal.

Sorry big ass image... but it keeps the switch locked to the rail.

I've got one on my FSVR. Works great so long as the temps don't get below 40.
The windage/elevation mount isn't the greatest but it works.
needs to be dark to use it.

I think that's true of any light.

Do you have a sub zero model?
