I've been lurking, love the site, this is my first post.
There's an unbelievable amount of helpful stuff on here. I'm a noob and am wondering where to zero my laser. I have it mounted at 3 o'clock on a rail. I've done some calculations and, if I'm right, the typical bullet drops about 1" below the muzzle around 65-70 yds downrange. Along that line of thinking, if it's zeroed at 65 it would be close enough for any shot you'd want to use it for. All you'd need to do is make a minor windage adjustment for something fairly close. Anyway- I'm interested in what experienced guys have done. Thanks. |
