This may have been covered here before but I have a question regarding useing post-ban parts on pre-ban rifles. In other words, can you "legaly" put a pre-ban upper on a post-ban lower? Does anyone know the ATF definitions for this?....Thanks,B.

as long as you live in a state with no ban which NC doesn't have one than you are good to go since there is no such thing anymore as pre and post ban
