I have always been under the assumption that to be legal post-ban one can not have more than 2 of the following: 1) detachable magazine 2) pistol grip 3) threaded barrel/flash hider 4) collapsible stock 5) bayonet lug 6) grenade launcher Yet when looking to buy lowers I see new ones with stocks that are adjustable. Is there some kind of difference between "adjustable" and "collapsible" or do they not have (1) or (2)? Thanks! |
Md only has a list, and even then weapons are not banned, they have a 7 day waiting period. A hassle, but not a ban. Count yourself lucky to live in Florida, the Gunshine State.
