Can wrong legnth of pull effect the accuracy consistency of a carbine?

It effects your interface with the rifle and if that isn't consistent every time then yes your practical accuracy will be affected.  If it's not in a comfortable position for you then chances are you won't be holding it the same every time.

Your "natural point of aim" is what provides consistency.  That is how you position to hold the rifle without relying on your muscles.  You establish a stance the has your skeletal structure supporting the rifle.  This is the only way to consistently produce good shots.  If the LOP changes or is less than ideal, you cannot as comfortably establish the position.  LOP affects everything, trigger hold, grip hold, forearm hold, cheek weld, sight picture.  If you have your head in the wrong place, the sight picture will be different, and possibly less than ideal for accuracy.

Thanks for the advice I was using posistion 4 for the longest time ,clicked down a notch and now things are much much better and more consistent
