[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Length from FSB to muzzle?

Can anyone tell me the length from the front of the FSB to the muzzle on a 20" barrel with rifle length gas system?

I'm building a 20" SAM-R with a 13.2" LaRue rail and low profile LaRue gas block and am contemplating a barrel shroud to give it that SD look, but as my upper doesn't exist yet I have nothing to measure and can't find the darned measurements anywhere online.

My 20" barrel is not threaded for a flash hider. My low profile gas block is almost 2" long. If I measure from the front edge of the gas block to the end of the barrel, I measure 5.1". Hopefully that answers your question.

From the front (muzzle side) of a standard A-frame FSB tower, I get 5.25" on 3 of my 20" rifles.

Edit: all barrels threaded, measurement is to end of barrel (muzzle) with flash hiders removed.
