Which adjustable stock is the lightest including buffer, spring and extension tube?  Was thinking the magpul CTR, but, looking for personal experience.

Thank you.

A standard, basic, collapsible stock.  The kind that usually comes with the carbine anyway.
All of the aftermarket stocks add weight.  MOE/CTR's are among the lighter of the aftermarkets, though.

I'd say the good old CAR stock

Yup, the standard M4 stock

I would also say the good old fiberlite CAR stock which I used to have on my former first SP2 carbine a very long time ago.

The next one slightly heavier than that might be my Magpul MOE stock at 8 oz. which I'm currently using on one of my carbines.

Ref. see a picture of the fiberlite CAR stock here.

Old CAR will undoubtedly be the lightest.

Here are some weights of stock bodies only for you though (all taken with postal scales):

BCM M4 milspec 5.6oz
CTR stock 7.56oz
CTR stock w/rubber pad 8.79oz
VLTOR carbine modstock non-clubfoot 7.76oz
VLTOR E-MOD 13.81oz
LMT M4 stock 6.80oz
LMT SOPMOD stock 11.05oz

Just be careful about going TOO light on your stock.  Depending on your setup, the gun can become really front heavy.  Balance is more important than overall weight, IMO.
