Its been a long time since I been back to AR15.com, far to long.

There is an SP1 in my shop that I am interested in. Can anyone tell me where I can look up the serial number to see when it was made? I thought I remember there being a site for this.

I am currious because it has slab side receivers. It also has an assist cut carrier, blued rear takedown pin, A1 butt and A1 flash suppresor. I'd like to know if it came that way from Colt.

if it's slabside it's a preban. it's a preban if it says ar15 on the lower. go to AR Discussions at the top of this forum and there is a SN list.
