I bought a Loki stock for a 5.56 SBR lower. I wanted something strong and compact.
The Loki fills both requirements.
It is a very unique stock. There is no buffer
It is a 3 piece system that has a guide rod, spring and carrier adapter. Machined steel parts.
This fits inside a short tube which screws onto the Locki stock body.
Very easy to install and remove.

I originally tried it with an 11.5" piston upper. The bolt would not seat. I believe the extra spring in the bcg for the bolt is just enough to keep it from chambering a round.

Next I ran it on my 10.5" 5.56 upper. It ran great. No failures, misfeeds or short strokes.
I use Winchester white box and Wolf 62 gr.

One thing I did notice is my ejection was at 1:30. Not sure if the spring needs to be stronger or my upper is slightly over gassed. No signs of ripping the brass. And  it did lock the bolt back after the last round was fired.

The stock is very solid when extended. No wobble at all. It locks in place via a spring loaded detent button on the side of the stock body.
Collapsed it is still function and controls are accessable. The ejection port door will open with the stock collapsed but has to be snapped shut to collapse the stock after it is extended.
The butt stock was very comfortable to shoot. I thought it would dig in but suprisingly, it did not.
Loki did a great job on these. I would like to see a slightly stronger recoil spring. But other than that, and that's just my opinion, it's a quality piece.

What are these selling for? Looks pretty bad ass to me. How well does it seat with your shoulder (compared to say like a moe stock)?

Maybe one of those pig tail gas tubes (http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/sid=5960/pid=1591/Product/AR-15-M16-PIGTAIL-GAS-TUBE) (along with the spring you mentioned) would help tame it.

Reminds me of that Nordic Stock.

I prefer a solid cheekweld and I really have no need of reducing the size of my rifle, I am not jumping in and out of cars rifle ready.

I also recall some question of Loki shilling on here.  I like the way their uppers/lowers look but that left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Lastly I definitely would have to wait a year or so and sift through reports on that buffer/spring arrangement before slapping it on one of my rifles.

Same here. I have no idea of the long term. Loki tells me they have 4500 rounds on theirs. I'll have to have a lot more to feel comfortable so far as an entry weapon for L.E.'s.
It is actually pretty comfortable to shoot.
To break the weapon down, the spring assembly needs to be removed from the back via the screw on cap. Not difficult but again, different from what I'm used to.

Price is in the $200 range.

Is there any place for a single point sling attachment?  It really doesn't look like there is one.

I'm interested as well, but there doesn't seem to be any information out there on them.  Maybe they just made a few and then halted production as they aren't even shown on their website.
