| Lone Star grips go back at least into the late 80's. I think I still have an A1 style Lone Star grip before the A2 ones came out. Some of the ones I got back then had to have the grip screw hole adjusted because they did line up perfectly with the lower threads. |

I'm pretty certain that Lone Star was one of the earliest aftermarket accessory manufacturers, dating back to at least the early 1980s, if not the late 1970s. |
