Looking to build my first AR-15 would like to go with a M4 A3 . I have about 1500 dollar budget on build. What parts would be the best bang for the budget. The upper I would like to get a complete assy. The lower does not madder. I an a aircraft Mechanic specialize in Helicopter for 36 years so putting things together is not a problem.
