Hey fellas,
Just finished my first lower build (this is also my first AR). I know pics of half a rifle aren't the most exciting thing but it could be October before my upper arrives and that's a long time to wait. The upper on order is a Stag 2HTL. I tossed around the righty vs. lefty argument and ultimately decided on the lefty. I figure hell, they make a lefty one so I might as well enjoy the fact that someone makes one. Should be fine as long as I keep spare BCG parts around. Anyway, here's what I have so far: CMMG receiver Magpul MOE stock and grip, enhanced trigger guard, and ASAP sling plate Stag LPK w/ ambi selector I have four of the BCM mags with the Magpul followers but will have a few Pmags as well by the time its ready for the range. http://i32.tinypic.com/dvfxa1.jpg http://i27.tinypic.com/2dvq3io.jpg http://i26.tinypic.com/2po12tj.jpg Sorry for the piss-poor quick pics but you get the idea :) |

Thanks for all the compliments, guys. And a big thanks to all the knowledgeable people on this site that have gotten me to this point. The wait for the upper is even harder now that it will be ready to just slap on and start putting lead downrange.
modnar- I saw your lower build in the main pic thread and did a double take, "Hey, that looks familiar!" :) So you will be adding an MOE stock? |
