A buddy offered to sell me his AR recently. It was a build up on a bare receiver. The lower receiver is marked PWA. The owner says it was a Pac West. Can't say I am familiar with it. What is the story on PWA?

The ones I have seen look just fine to me. I have not heard anything bad about PacWest.
