Lets say I buy a stripped lower after the ban expires and a similar ban is put in place some time in the future. Would it count as preban or would it have to be fully assembled before the new ban takes effect to be considerd preban. Thanks |

Im gonna say.. Assembled is the safest bet.. Build it, take pictures of it, mail them to yourself and use the postmark as proof of the date if necessary, ( just dont open what you mailed to yourself).. or.. take pics and have them notarized or something. make sure your pics show the complete gun and ser. nos. Just a couple of ideas.. |
