Hey Guys: Just thought I'd drop this here. I know some guys have had issues with these folks in year's past, so I thought I'd share my recent exeprience, FWIW. I ordered some parts from them and didn't hear anything for a week. So I emailed them to see if the parts were in stock, and ready to ship. Turns out they were waiting on a part, so they didn't ship, therefore I didn't receive any ship notice either. As I've been ordering a bunch of stuff lately, this is unusual, in this day and age. Anyways, when I asked, they explained they were waiting for this part, and they didn't charge my card yet either. So when I requested a full refund, they said no worries, they would cancel the order, and of course not charge my card either. No harm, no foul. So I may not have gotten an immediate response, but when I inquired, I got a response within 24 hours, explaining what was going on. And since the card was not charged, they simply cancel the order. So it seems to me, learning hath occurred, as Pat would say (may he RIP). They may have messed up in the past, but did right by me. So I just wanted to give them props for that. If anything, I would suggest they consider a "Live" inventory, where guys can't order unless it's in stock, or send out a message and let you know what's going on, or not. As for their "terms" I find that blurb about sharing ammo and so forth. That was totally tongue in cheek, and pretty obviously so. So I'm not trying to "white knight" anyone here, but thought they perhaps deserved another shake from the community. |

This is the first I've heard of these guys, and they sound like they’re doing the right thing Retrorifles.com is the firm we are tired of hearing about around here (because they are terrible) I had a good experience the couple of times I’ve bought from ar15sport.com |
