What pisses me off is that most TMs should be and are public domain. Many are still controlled by the military however. You can buy this DVD and others on ebay - it's the same old thing where some people know how to access .gov stuff, then resell it for a few bucks. The people making real money are the ones selling DVDs to people telling them how to do this. It used to be 'get rich today' cassette tapes, now it's DVDs. Sorry for the rant - I am now going to ebay and buy a copy of the XM16E1 DVD...  Why? They make it easy and accessible. There's a lesson there somewhere, but I'm too stupid to see it. I'd much rather go climb through attics and crawl spaces full of dead mice. Hanta virus? I'm the Hanta Virus King!
