Hey guys...newbie here! Just wanted to hear what ya'll may know about Model 1 Sales. I ordered a custom 7.62x39 upper assembly on 11/20/2012 before the craziness really hit the fan. They did send email when order was placed saying 8-10 weeks out. Today is the 8th week. They don't answer the phone and you have to wait 2 wekks for an email reply that tells you nothing. Thanks for any insight!

| I sent them an email about 3 weeks now and still haven't heard anything back from them. Not sure if I made the right choice but I went ahead and placed an order for the Phantom EM-4 kit two weeks ago. Got the order confirmation email but that has been it. Still waiting to hear back from them. |
| They have a decent product for the money. They will not steal your crap and run. With that being said, even when things were normal there shipping times aren't particularly fast and there communication has always be severely lacking (now take that times 100 with everything going on). But if you aren't in a serious rush for the upper, you will get your product and you will get what you pay for. |
