I remember seeing a long time ago someone was making them, but don't recall who.  I looked on archive but nothing.
I thought maybe it was CLE but don't see anything on their page. Didn't see the word chamber insert listed on sarco's page either, maybe I'm looking for the wrong part name?
My current one aquired a dent at the throat some how, not sure I wasn't dropped on the floor anything but looks like it, and a crack formed trying to force the dent out.

I'm not sure anybody actually makes the M261 barrel these days but they're listed as barrels in SARCO's M261 parts list but at their $75 per barrel I'd try CLE first. The last time I got some of the barrels from Compass Lake Engineering, they were selling the barrels for around $10 each.

Go here for the CLE contact info; www.compasslake.com/Contact.htm

I contacted CLE via email and got outstanding service and have 3 on the way to me.
A few emails and phone call w/ my CC number, all before 9am, I can't even get people at the place I work to return my emails that fast.
