I think they do mostly government contract work. I know that J&T distributing had some of their uppers for sale at one time, you might want to check with them.

Yes I've seen some of the uppers for sale oh J&T's website...and that's pretty much it. I'm a sophomore in college now, and their website has been "under construction" since I was a freshman or sophomore in highschool. I don't know what the deal is w/ those guys .

Unless you are providing proof you are a purchasing agent for LE or Military, they wouldn't piss down your throat if your guts were on fire.

I am an LEO. One of the guys that works with me ordered some new mags from DPMS and two of them came with these base plates. I traided him one of my new DPMS marked mags for this M2 marked one.
