Where could I get a AR15 barrel with ramp feed cuts in it?

Bravo Company have Mil-Spec M4 barrels with M4 feed ramps, click on their banner on top of this page.

Global Tactical also sells Bravo Co. M4 barrels.

G & R Tactical also sells the same barrels.

Other brands available are LMT and CMMG, look for them in the Equipment Exchange area of this site.

I think Bravo Co barrels come without a front sight, so you would have to pin one on. You might want to look at LMT barrels. Ar15barrels.com sells them.

Hey if mom and dad are up for him building an AR, more power to him. I wish I had the money in high school to build an AR, though I probably would have spent it on booze and girls anyways.
