| I recently was given a M5 RAS and I am unsure if I got all the parts needed. Included in the kit was a panel kit, M5 RAS top and bottom, and the piece that looks like a barrel adaptor. I always thought that there was a screw or some other pieces. What is suppose to be included and is there any manuals that can show me how to install? |
The barrel adaptor is for using the grenade launcher. There should be a screw through the aft end of the top rail that atattches to a clamp. If it came with no manual, and the grenade launcher adaptor it MAY be stolen. The civilian models come in a cardboard box with a printed installation manual. It installs like a regular set of handguards, except the rear clamp grabs the barrel nut, and the top screw holds it in place. IRTP |
