Any of you M6X owners out there know if the laser holds its zero well over time? Or does it have to be re-zeroed after, say 500 rounds? Thanks. |
I don't have any experience with the M6X laser, but the M6 laser sucked. I would think that they fixed some of the issues with the laser.... C4 |
There are a few ways to zero the laser.One is buying a laser bore sight kit.Which works for all optics and lasers. Wallmart sells a decent kit..Not the best but works great..This is the most effiecent way to sight it in.It should be sighted in at 27 yards..Or 50 yards...The other way is to take it to the range with a large target and lock the riffle down. See where it's shooting and where the laser is aimed at....And yet another way to get ya close is a red dot scope or regular scope that has been bore sighted or you sighted and is fixed to your riffle...Consider indoor because the m6 and m6 x will wash out the laser in bright light<eg sun light>.Most other lasers have this problem also.Im not sure but the only laser that works in sunlight is the green laser.I could be wrong.As such remember this as a rule of thumb if the bullet is hitting high/ low or left or right its oppostie of what you think normaly to adjust.I have a m6... And the m6x has the same adjustments two allen key screws for windage and elevation... So have fun..You will get it... And yes it holds zero everytime..As long as you dont move it around and fix it just like everything else..Hope this helps  |
