Can't speak for the MOE but I have the CTR on this rifle and lit is solid as a rock. No wobble and locks up tighter than a drum.

CTR for all mine, I feel like MOE is sort of a cop-out if you have the opportunity to get the best

I got both CTR and MOE stocks, the CTR have virtually no movement and their weight difference are not noticeable.

The CTR have a friction lock located at the front end of the stock body while the MOE doesn't have it, the CTR also have a QD sling swivel attachment while none for the MOE, both stocks have sling mounting slots.

The MOE have a little movement but no wobble, they're better than my LMT M4 stock, I use my MOE for my plinking and practice carbine.

Both have very good quality but they're not a good choice to balance a heavy front carbine, they're better for lightweight carbines.

I got four MOE's and I like them just as much as my one CTR.  Personaly the $ difference isnt worth it. MOE is just as good IMO.

If you do not need the QD disconnect and you can live with (maybe) getting some very slight play, there is nothing wrong with the MOE.

Identify what you need and what is important to you, and you'll be able to answer your own question.
