I just recieved my set of FDE MBUS's today! And I noticed that the front came with two roll pins, one is slightly shorter than the other. What are these for?

The roll pins are to insert after sighting-in to fix the front sight in place. If you look down at the front sight towards the back you will see a small hole that is where you would insert them.
