So I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this question but I have this BUIS:
http://www.midwestindustriesinc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=category.display&category_id=171 Now, I have this on an AR-15 attached to the rear-est possible spot on the rail. It has a fixed forged A2 style front sight. (The bunny ears, etc) Now, the BUIS doesn't have elevation and I understand there's a tool to adjust the elevation for the front sight but I guess my question is; Assuming the windage is lined up correctly, can I assume my BUIS is sighted in or some what sighted in? I have my primary optic sighted in (zeroed at 100y) and the BUIS I have to admit is just slapped on. Does anyone have any insight on this? As you can tell I have little experience with BUIS' |
