Went to sight in my carbine and rifle irons today having finally gotten the time to do so and found a nasty surprise on my carbine.  I have a RRA 16in full flat top w/ weaver gas block, MAD rear sight and MI front gas block sight.  Went to adjust the elevation on the MI and the tiny little detent popped right out and landed on my white t-shirt (thank god, otherwise it would have been forever lost).  I was using the standard 4-prong front sight adjustment tool when this happened.  I used the same tool to adjust the standard front sight post on my rifle w/ nothing but perfect results.  Has anyone else had this or something similar happen to their MI front sight?  I tried calling MI today but i believe their office was closed for the day, will try again tomorrow.  Would appreciate any help.  Thanks.
