Since this ammo is pretty hard to locate, what would be a viable alternative and where to purchase it. This ammo would be mainly for long range metal plate shots and the ocassional varmint/critter control out of a Mk12 clone!!! M60-E4 |

I would say some Black Hills 75 or 77gr .223 loads should do the trick. 75gr 5.56 TAP would be awesome, but that is just as hard to get as Mk262. Hunting Shack Munitions has a 5.56 75gr round that should look into as well. Not quite as accurate, but still a good load. |
