Other then night vision capability, is it true that M2's are a higher quality optic then the ML2? I've heard something about different lens coatings or something similiar to that. Thanks.

Have one of each, while have not noticed a difference ... will check next time to the range.

Same quality. The lens coating on the M2 is for night vision. BTW, I tried a ML2 with a PVS 14 night vision in my unit armory and it worked on the low setting.
