Hey guys. I need some help in mounting my sight/optics before I go out and buy things I don't need. My rear BUIS is the Matech 600m. I have the aimpoint 3x and the eotech. When I put the aimpoint on with the aimpoint twist mount, it hits the matech and doesn't sit above the matech, so for the time being I have to remove the matech. My question is what do I need to do to get the aimpoint above the matech, but still work with the eotech? I saw the Larue mount, but small or tall? Or is there a cheaper alternative? Thanks. Erik |
That wont help his issue at all. Dont get a riser. Well, get a riser if you want, but understand you will still have the issue of your magnifier hitting your MaTech. Best and most affordable solution is a lower profile back up sight. There are many to shoose from. The MaTech is one of the bulkiest/highest of the rear sights. Off the top of my head, you might consider: Troy, ARMS #40L, KAC, GG&G MAD, PRI. All of these sights will sit lower and work fine with your current set up. |
