new guy to EBR's (well not AK's/Galili's) and AR15.com

I just recently bought an Smith and Wesson M&P15 with all the Magpul goodies so i could take advantage of their "Load Up" promotion (still waiting on those). So i swung by my local gunstore and picked up an MSAR XM30-E4 polymer mag to try it out and it wont drop free, so i was wondering if anyone come across a similar problem and knows of any kind of modifications (dremel/sanding) thats proved to work fixing that problem?

also wont hold a full 30 only will load to 28 and the 28th round keeps wanting to pop out, and when i smacked the side against my palm around 10 shot right out!!!
