Has anyone unpinned a comp and found a threaded barrel?

It is NOT threaded

3 2 pins hold in in place

a competent barrel man can handle it (Randall Rausch (sp) at AR15barrels.com, ADCO, etc)

edit for proper # pins

AR15barrels will do that for as little as $30. The 6400c will convert nicely. I have seen some beauties that had only the barrel, and stock work.

Barrels under the pinned comp on MT6400C's are not threaded. You have two choices: Remove the comp and thread the bbl, or swap the barrel out for a 6920 barrel (which is what I did).
