Here is my first attempt at building a Upper. 1. KAC A3 flat top w/laser etched T # 2. BM Chrome lined 14.5" HB 3. Shaved A2 FSB 4. KAC FF Rail 5. Troy Medevil FS 6. Troy Front and Rear flip up battle sights 7. Brownell's Teflon/Moly finish (Matte Black) 8. BM gas tube 9. | It is all together and on its way to ADCO for muzzle attachment. I would have posted a pic but the BATFE would have paid me a visit. I am sure they would have suggested that I was trying to assembly a SBR w/o the proper paperwork. Even though I have a SBR registered receiver that isn't the receiver that this upper is going on. Pics to follow in 10 business days. |

Well it is back! Here is the final low down 1. KAC Lower 2. KAC trigger 3. KNS pins 4. Hogue grip 5. Vltor club foot 6. SOG rubber pad 7. KAC Upper 8. KAC chrome bolt/BC 9. Damn!! I've been looking for a purple AR  Is you charging handle, et al, from Bushmaster. Mine looks purple in the picture I took of it. Going to have to KG Kote later. Very nice job! The Brownell Finish Looks real good. Post you pics in the refinish section, in the Armory! |
Cheap camera lenses have more barrel and pin-cushion distortion than more expensive lenses. The camera makers allow more distortion to creep into their designs to keep the camera's cheap. They know that people will not take the time to compare the quaility of one camera to another. And all people will see is the price. In addition, that is a close up and most makers don't think that people will take that many close up's or care that much about the quality.
