While shooting/testing a 10rd magazine (for deer hunting) today, I found that the last (10th) round in the mag was stripped at some point during firing of the 9th round. The mag is a no-name, no markings or brand emblems of any kind and has a green follower. After pulling the trigger and firing round 9, the bolt locks to the rear and the 10th round is laying loose inside the upper receiver. Happened every time I used this mag today. It's new and this is the first outing with it where I emptied it during function testing. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Should I replace the follower? |

Take that mag, throw it in the trash where it belongs, and buy quality magazines for your rifle.
