I bought a bunch of new manufacture NHMTG 20rd magazines, with NHMTG floorplates. Then from this other place I bought what I thought would be the same thing but they're not exactly. The bodies are NHMTG stamped but the floorplates say COLT AR-15. Also, the NHMTG mags came loose; the NHMTG mags with these Colt floorplates came individually wrapped in plastic. What gives?

BTW: I looked in the Mag FAQ and saw no reference to NHMTG.

It's not up to date nor is the green follower info accurate.

NHMTG is a fairly new name, but don't sweat it.

NHMTG is the name under which OKay is selling mags to the civilian market.  Note the 33710 Cage Code stamped on the body of the NHMTG mags.  That is OKay's Cage, according to the Mag FAQ.

OKay has made Colt's mags for many years.

That is all there is to it.
