All my ARs have aluminum mag release buttons and are anodized gloss black and I dont like em. They look sort of cheap.

I was wondering if they were made of steel in the past or if there is a maker who uses steel now that I could replace mine with.

Send it to US Anodizing and get it re-anodized in XM grey or SP1 grey instead of the gloss black.  $5 plus return shipping.

I just sent five off for early XM grey anodizing.
