I have now built two 9MM lowers and have a simular problem with both. Specifically the magazine catch does not stick out far enough into the mag well to realiably catch the magazine when it's inserted. I am using both a RRA and Hahn Precision (top loading conversion block). Of the two I'm having the most problem with the Hahn it won't catch the magazine at all. Has anyone else had this problem and/or recommendations to correct?

Not sure how the RRA 9mm lowers may be different, but if they use a normal AR mag release then the problem is that you didn't tighten it down far enough.  Use a wooden dowel (or pencil or whatever) to push the mag release button in as far as you can and then tighten the mag release.  When you look at the mag release button the screw in the center should be at least flush with the button if not sticking out a little.
