| What would be causing a magazine release to get stuck or caught? It's an Anderson lower with a PSA MOE parts kit. So nothing high quality but all the others went together just fine. I'm not an AR assembling guru so I apologize if this is a common question always asked |

First check to see if it is just not threadd in far enough. If not, pushing the button could push the catch too far out of the slot where it can hang up on the outside of the receive instead of falling back into the slot. Pushing the button should not push the catch all the way out.
If that's not it, remove the button and spring and check fitment of the catch in the slot. Without the spring tension, you should easily be able to see if it is hanging up in the receiver. If it is, work on the cheapest part first. Some light filing or stoning should be sufficient. Report back, let us know what you found and the remedy. It will help others who encounter similar issues. |

I'll toy around with it when I get home from work tonight |
